This is my opinion of what I think should be the highest priorities. These priorities will change as needed.
1. Rebuild the infrastructure to be energized using renewable energy as fast as possible.
2. Build infrastructure to eliminate the possibility of water shortages
3. Promote sustainable farming practices
4. Invest in resources to deliver unlimited healthcare
